A delightful family getaway

Our stay was filled with surprises! The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and comfortably accommodated our family of four. We loved the pool, which kept the kids entertained for hours. The friendly staff greeted us warmly, making check-in effortless and ensuring we felt at home throughout our visit.

Despite the wonderful stay, the lack of nearby dining options was disappointing. We had to venture quite far to find a restaurant, and the limited parking made things more daunting. The noise from the traffic outside was noticeable, particularly during the night, which disrupted our sleep after long days.

Upon check-in, we faced an agonizing wait because the entire computer system was down. To make matters worse, we missed our kids' swim time due to the enormous delay. It was infuriating to see one person trying to handle a line of frustrated guests. this clearly reflects poor management.

Our stay was fantastic! Loved the clean lobby and spacious King Room with Sofa Bed. The balcony was a special touch, making evenings enjoyable. Plus, the bath facilities were top-notch, perfect for relaxing after a busy day!

The attentive staff ensured our comfort, and the King Room with Sofa Bed was cozy and perfect for relaxation after outings. Pro tip, request a room away from the elevators for added tranquility.
